1. When will I receive my order?
After you submit your order and your payment is confirmed and received your order can take 2-5 business days for processing.
2. What if the jewelry I ordered is the wrong size and does not fit?
You have up to 2 Days after the delivery date (the date from usps.com showing delivered.) to notify Dora's Kisses Jewelry that your ring or necklace (these are the only pieces) that can justify an exchange of the chain or resizing of your ring at your expense.
3. How does layaway work?
You will provide a down payment on the item or items you want to purchase. Send your email and phone # is optional, but recommended. After receipt of your down payment you will receive an email from Paypal invoicing of your terms.
4. Do I have to make the payments through PayPal?
No, you do not have to send your down payment or layaway payments through PayPal. You can choose any of the accepted forms of payment to make your payments.
5. Where are you located?
I was previously open in store and now I am back to working from home mainly doing online work. Pick up and drop off is still available for my customers.
6. Do you still offer repairs?
Yes, I currently take in jewelry you purchased from me and can take in at anytime during working hours. Sundays are preferred and considered the best day of the week, but anytime with advance notice is fine.
7. Do you make custom jewelry?
Yes, I offer custom jewelry. If you are interested in having something made and would like a quote please provide the following to me to help me help you.
1. Send a picture or description of what you would like made.
2. The size and kt and estimated weight is important for pricing.
3. Your time frame on when you need it completed.
