All Gold Jewelry Sales are FINAL. I do not exchange or refund any money. Your Gold Jewelry is 100% REAL, Solid Gold, it is not plated or filled. I guarantee that and stand behind my product. I've been in the industry for many years and have gained lots of knowledge in doing so. I offer metal testing with an electric tester or can use acid.  Never have someone who is NOT a Certified Jeweler or who is not experienced in the jewelry industry examine your jewelry and advise. 

Keep in mind that when going to a pawn shop they will perform their own tests to see the value in what you have and if it is profitable and resell-able.

Delicate jewelry requires extra care and sometimes is not recommend to wear on a daily basis or under certain working conditions. Please see Jewelry Care for helpful information on how to keep your Gold in great condition. I offer jewelry repairs on previously purchased jewelry from me. I am not responsible for those costs. Any jewelry that is in your possession after purchase and requires maintenance, cleaning or repair is your responsibility.

I am NOT responsible for damaged, broken, lost or stolen jewelry after in your possession. All Jewelry is thoroughly inspected prior to each sale or shipment.
